Meet Dr. Springers Associates

To better support the growing demand for Applied Kinesiology appointments, we are pleased to introduce two highly trained clinicians who will help guide the initial phase of your visit. Patients will begin their appointment with either Dr. Lesneski or Cari Ruiz, both of whom are deeply aligned with our root-cause, whole-body approach to care. This allows for a more streamlined, efficient, and thorough experience, while ensuring every detail is thoughtfully assessed. You will still meet with Dr. Springer during your visit, who will review findings, refine your plan, and guide your next steps. This collaborative model allows us to maintain the depth and quality of care you expect, while expanding access to Dr. Springer’s expertise.

Dr. Lesneski

Dr. Lesneski is a Board-Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist and a pioneer in the integration of pharmacy and functional medicine. With 18 years of clinical experience and a decade dedicated to root-cause healing, she bridges the gap between traditional pharmacology and precision wellness. A double-alumna of the University of Florida, she earned both her Bachelor’s degree and her Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) before dedicating her career to evolving the role of the pharmacist in modern healthcare.

For over a decade, Dr. Lesneski has focused on moving beyond symptom management to address the underlying drivers of disease. During her eight years as an Assistant Professor at LECOM, she made history by designing and offering the first-ever elective course in Functional Medicine for pharmacy students in the United States. Her commitment to the field was further recognized by the Institute for Functional Medicine, which awarded her an academic scholarship to pursue advanced training in systemic health and recovery.
She is a leading expert in pharmacogenetics and has contributed to a patent in phenoconversion—a critical science that ensures medication and supplement protocols are truly individualized to a patient’s real-time metabolism.
Her approach to health combines innovation and education. By combining her deep knowledge of biochemistry with root cause medicine, Dr. Lesneski helps her patients achieve wellness and long-term vitality.
