Our world, in this day and age, can feeling anything but LIT. We are surrounded by fear, hate, judgement, and uncertainty.
We can feel these emotions as anxiety or depression, insomnia, a sensation of fight or flight, or even as physical complaints. Many people that encounter extreme stress complain of headaches, fatigue, brain fog, high blood pressure, uncontrolled blood sugar, hunger, pain, and more.
Because the journey towards getting LIT involves optimizing the body AND the mind/spirit, we are excited to announce a new partnership.
Simply put, living LIT is about igniting the full power of your mind and body to live a life that is abundant, healthy, and joyful.
We believe that with a combined focus on mental and physical well-being, anyone – regardless of where they start out on the LIT scale – can thrive, be happy, healthy, and ever closer to being LIT.

Dr. Lisa Koche, a triple board certified functional medicine doctor in Tampa, Florida, and Gregg Gonzales, a mindfulness trainer based in Denver, Colorado, bring together decades of experience, knowledge and passion in this workshop.

Part 2: Heal and Connect - The Storytellers Workshop
Part two of the Living LIT Workshop Series presents Gregg Gonzales, a mindfulness trainer and founder of Joyful Living LLC. Gregg is also the author and trainer for the Guided Voice Method.
In this one-of-a-kind workshop, Gregg shows that the art of storytelling has significance that can bring you healing and connection in a disconnected and disconnecting world.
Gregg’s unique and impactful method involves asking insightful and meaningful questions which invite and invoke you to share your own story.
In addition to expanding health and wellness, once you experience the Guided Vocal Method for yourself, you’ll see how adaptable it is.
