Two Great Events - One Night

This is a fitness workshop that will allow you to meet people in the area with similar interests, as well as incorporate a presentation about how working out helps you GET LIT, followed by a mini moderate workout focused on mobility and stability (so dress comfortably!).
This event will wrap up with a meditation/manifestation for the mind, body, and spirit.
